Booking a slot reserves workshop time; it is not a commitment to any repair. All work is quoted in writing after diagnosis and begins only with your approval.
Quoted prices cover the described work and parts. If teardown reveals additional faults, you will be informed and asked before any extra work is done.
Warranty terms are stated per service — including the 6-month warranty on replaced hybrid cells — and cover the replaced components and associated labor. Warranty does not cover unrelated failures, misuse or third-party tampering.
Vehicles left more than 7 days after completed work notification may incur storage charges. Please collect promptly.
Cancellations are free up to 2 hours before the booked slot. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
